House of Judgment Rank Up Packages
I have played quite a bit of the April Update since it came out. All 3 of my characters are above rank 3 in HoJ. But yet the last 6-7 rank up packages I have opened all end up being class items that I can buy from frickin Variks. BS. I feel the HoJ rank up pkgs are severely bugged atm.

Hello Gary, You're just experiencing some really bad luck, it seems. Rank up packages, like most things, are subject to RNG. I wish you luck next time!
