Autos:
10% major type enemy damage buff to all auto rifle archetypes.
10% minor type enemy damage buff to 600s, 720s and 360s.
20% minor type enemy damage buff to 450s.
15% base ammo pick up increase for 450s.
Increase the rate at which "dynamic sway reduction" activates by 10%.
Increase "under pressure" effectiveness at a higher magazine count (example: max bonus is 50% recoil reduction spread over the mag, instead of it being 2-10% at 80% magazine, make it 3-15%. These aren't actual numbers).
Give "tap the trigger" a decreasing bonus over time after the initial max boost deactivates (it currently deactivates as soon as the buff is over, have the buff now very slightly extend the time you get stability through decay; example, 20% accuracy immediately for it's current buff time, then 15/10/5% over 0.3 seconds).
SMGs:
10% major type enemy damage buff to all smg archetypes.
10% base ammo pick up increase for all smg archetypes.
Increase the rate at which "dynamic sway reduction" activates by 20% (the magazine gets burned through so fast it's hard to fully notice).
Increase "under pressure" effectiveness at higher magazine count (same as autos above).
Give "tap the trigger" a decreasing bonus over time after the initial max boost deactivates (lasts for 0.20 seconds).
Decrease subsistence reserve ammo penalty by 15%, increase subsistence ammo moved to magazine from reserves by 15%.
Goals, autos:
Give all autos more major fighting capabilities to give them some standalone utility.
Give 600s, 360s and 720s more minor clear to help them take out more tanky trash mobs in endgame style events.
450s getting a 20% damage buff to minors is because they suck.
450s getting more ammo on pick up is to assist keeping them afloat when less ammo bricks are available.
I specifically wanted to buff the more under used stability boosting perks because they all get dwarfed by zen moment.
Goals, SMGs:
Smgs kind of suck at killing majors and with side arms recently becoming a more useful overall weapon, it gives little reason to use smgs.
More ammo should be pretty self explanatory, but if you try to use one for an extended period of time you can find yourself low on ammo and the pick ups only give 2 mags worth at times.
Same reasoning as autos above, they get dwarfed by zen moment as that perk does everything any other stability perk can do but better and near restriction-less or identical to under pressure and DSR.
The buff to subsistence specifically for smgs is because they already have a tough time being used in extended periods and the amount you get per kill vs the amount you lose for having the perk is enormous.
You get like...4 maybe 5 rounds but lose about 40% of your reserve ammo capacity.
