(Consoles) Friends List Blackout
From what I know, this has been happening on Consoles, such as PS4 and Xbox One. NameTags of friends are blacked out and they end up not available to be joined. This happens even when my friends are inviting me to their fireteam and it says error. This has been happening for a good 4 months now, and those who agree can respond.
