This grimoire card tries to give a description of what the Nine are. Whilst none of these are correct, some of them are used by the nine. Deep Orbit Minds seem to be AI that can be communicated with. Considering we know the Nine are able to take control of Golden Age stuff (such as the Cocytus space station), the minds are likely left over from the Golden Age and used to aid with the Nine's quest to be mortal.
