The probability of getting the eyes on your main character would be the same as it was last week and slightly increases over time. I have 32 full clears , everyone else in my fireteam has EOT , nobody wants to do the raid anymore. Bungie your Analytics team made a decision on the interest rate and set that rate to simple interest in order to extend our time spent in the raid. No judgement on that but maybe I should be able to get it from the chest if I did 30 full clears , and spent 250 spoils. The increase rate is to low and the expected number of raid completions are too high for a raid exotic , my suggestion is to keep the base probability low in the first month of the raid and then increase the base and add an interest component which accumulates exponentially. If this is the case I'm sorry for misunderstanding and I can see that my data set is limited and I have bias and if they would like to reach out and explain there method ij more Mathematical terms I am open to learn more.
