Armor focusing Ghost Mods
I just grabbed the weekly random exotic engram from Xur with a Strength Armorer Mod equipped on my ghost and the piece I received had ONLY 2 points in the Strength Stat.. how does this translate to "Guaranteed minimum of 10" ??
