Bungie please help and be aware, for me and other people I've noticed on redit. The final strand to obtain final warning sidearm is bugged. No matter how many times I tried, the quest step would not forward after obtaining plans from the legion. I wound up abandoning the quest all together in an attempt to reset it and now the quest isn't available anywhere, including the pouka pond or nimbus. Thanks for your hard work!
