Slowed Sparrows
All of my 190 speed Sparrows are acting as if they are 160s. I have tried to re-acquire them, used a different character, and much more to try and fix the issue but nothing else has worked. Anyone else experiencing this issue?

Using trigger stops/hair triggers? if so disable them.
