Page missing from To Old Friends lore book
I have all the grimoire cards from the hall of champions, and I have completed all the Archie quests. All the triumphs associated with these are done, and none of the triumphs added with Into the Light which I still haven't completed have a lore page listed in the rewards. Despite this, I am missing page 11 from the To Old Friends lore book. I do not know how this is possible, but apparently there are quite a few people for whom a missing page is an issue.
