While trying to enhance my Tusk of the Boar grenade launcher, due to the server issues on launch day, I had a "contacting destiny servers". It says I applied the tier 1 enhancement but I cannot level up my gun and cannot upgrade to tier 2. The gun does not seem like it has the enhancement applied but according to the game it is.
