Quest Tab Glowing / Favor of the Nine ghost bounty
For a few weeks since The Final Shape I noticed that my Quest tab was glowing (such as when you have a new quest or bounty) but I have nothing new in my quest / bounty inventory.
I may have a clue about what is happening using API tools such as DIM. In my characters bounties I noticed that I have two Favor of the Nines (see attached screenshot) (I bought it for 2 weeks now so it makes sense). They appear in the API but are invisible in-game. The issue might be related to that.
Also I'm not sure those Favor of the Nine arre suppose to take bounties slots in the first place, might be a bug.
I also have a bunch of my friends that also have this issue and have the same things in DIM with the Favor of the Nine.
Is it happening to anyone else there ?
