Permanent Event Card triumph tracking.
This is a bug that's been around for a while. If you had tracked a triumph from the event card and completed it without untracking it from your tracked triumphs, it will permanently be present in your tracked triumphs tab and persists after the related event ends. It cannot be untracked. I've had a triumph from 2024's festival of the lost and it's beyond infuriating having this triumph that I've already finished constantly coming up and taking space from the other triumphs that I wish to track.

They're aware of it, but FWIW a while ago Bungie introduced a change to forcibly untrack things like this at the launch of each new season/episode. This [i]should[/i] resolve your issue but in the past it hasn't always worked and needs them to intervene later on for it.
