is raw accel considered cheating in destiny 2?

I've been thinking of using raw accel ( a mouse acceleration [b]program[/b] that is fully customizable sensitivity settings) but im unsure if that would be considered in the same ball park as a xim or a chronos.
so im more or less wanting to know if a mouse acceleration program would be considered cheating in bungies tos/eula/anti cheat?

if it give you an advantage over someone who isnt using it, probably. Bungie is not going to give you permission to use it, so you have to ask, is the risk worth the chance of losing your account?
