They actually buffed supers and handcannons for PvE more-so than PvP???
PvE buffs.... Without affecting PvP balance????????? It happened!!!!!!!!!!
That being said... The changes made to the Golden Gun sounded awesome. Tripmines were serving more as a last resort because they caught you off guard grenade than a tactical trap grenade.... The way they improved the other perks I personally think was well worth the tripmine nerf. I'm looking forward to feeling like I can use the Incendiary grenades which are actually really strong without thinking I should be using the Tripmines instead because herpdurrr insta kill. Grenades should be for dealing with an overwhelming amount of enemies that your gun couldn't handle or for dealing with people behind cover that you can't see. NOT for insta kill throw to the face because they outsmarted you and you're gonna die.
The fact that you can have two tripmines makes the balance absolutely fair.
I think people in these forums overreact way too much. The game is always going to change. To keep it fresh, there will be metas. I think the balancing they're doing soon sounds like some of the best class related we've seen in ages. Firebolts actually getting a nerf... Tripmines... All the annoying things got a nerf while the things that make us feel awesome and aren't totally annoying to die to are getting a buff (MORE SO IN PVE!!). It makes me more keen to play the game again.
