Quicker 'Content'

Back while Destiny 1 was winding down, we were told by Bungie/Activision that the main complaint was lack of content being released in a timely manner and so they would have other studios help with Destiny 2. Fast forward to Destiny 2, and we have the exact same content release schedule as Destiny, even with a separate studio helping with Warmind. Destiny 1: Base release: Sept 2014 Dark Below: December 2014 House of Wolves: May 2015 Taken King: Sept 2015 Destiny 2: Base release: Sept 2017 Curse of Osiris: December 2017 Warmind: May 2018 Forsaken: Sept 2018 So where is the extra content that was supposed to be delivered? If Bungie/Activision's definition of content is events like Faction Rally/Iron Banner/Dawning, that is not what players consider content. Campaign w/cutscenes, new strikes, real raids (not lairs), Prison of Elders/Court of Oryx.. those are real content examples. Add the fact Destiny 1 had Iron banner and seasonal events as well, so what's the difference? This is the exact same schedule as Destiny 1 even though we were promised quicker releases of true expansions..
