Seems like literally NO ONE in lfg knows this so just spreading awareness, they should be able to be banned for sabotage/trolling. I'm all for teaching new players how to do stuff WHEN I'M LOOKING TO DO THAT but when I'm looking specifically for people to just DO SOMETHING they expect to get carried through everything. Read the lfg rules before posting or joining a fireteam at LEAST so you know what all the acronyms stand for holy shit it's not even that long. This is why lfg is such a joke in the community.
