my display name was forcefully changed after I logged in for the first time in awhile
I just started playing destiny 2 again after a long time and when I logged in it took away my old display name from Xbox live and replaced it with a generic one (Guardian7875). Anyone know how or why this happened?

Unfortunately Bungie name changed aren’t available at this time. It will be available later this season
