We have an exotic bow for every element except Stasis right now. So I did some thinking and want to see all of your thoughts on it. Not just my idea, but maybe some of your own.
Name: Black Ice
Frame: Lightweight Frame
String: High Tension String (620 draw time)
Arrow: Carbon Arrow Shaft
Perk 1: Killing Wind
Perk 2: EXOTIC "Graveyard" - Precision hits spawn a stasis field at the target's location. Shattering frozen targets with this bow grant a Tombstone buff, causing your next hit against any non-frozen enemy to deal an extra hit of damage (equal to a body shot), and slow the target if it is a precision hit.
Catalyst: Defeat 500 frozen targets using this weapon.
Mastering this catalyst increases damage against frozen targets, and allows the Tombstone buff to stack up to 3 times. Stacks are consumed at a rate of 1 per hit.
I feel like this would be true to stasis playstyle and bow playstyle, while offering something new with the stasis fields. The damage boost to the next hit allows it to deal with groups of adds and larger targets as well.

I really wish they had never put bows in this game. Cool concept though aside from how broken it would be in PVP with that damage buff.
