Getting tired of my posts getting sniped because of it.
The difficulty f*tish streamers have is not shared by the vast majority of people who play (or played) this game. This is why most people hate Neomuna, or the baffling decision to make sidearms the only anti barrier weapon in a 6 month season.
Divinity didn't "break game mechanics" making bosses teleport and backflip isn't a mechanic, it's just random movement designed to increase the length of otherwise boring encounters.
These people play video games for a living. They want money, and for more people to watch them. They're not out to make the game better for players. They're out to make the game better for themselves.
My post was at the top of the trending category literally all morning before it got sniped. Sorry Bungie, but the majority of players understand what's going on here, and they don't like it. It's one of the myriad reasons why your player retention is under 5%.
Nerfing div, lament, and other weapons that streamers leaned on to get their day 1 wins isn't making the game more fun for your players. No amount of post sniping and sucking up to them will change that.
I look forward to my next forum ban. Thanks.

Absolutely correct. Watch, they will also bring back primary ammo bricks. I remember how incredibly ridiculous that was. A game built around guns you can’t shoot. The problem is that the people who run this company don’t play the game. They rely on streamers to tell them what to do. Streamers need people to watch their videos. Keeping the players off balance with increasing difficulty ensures their videos will have an audience. Imagine Ford motor company being run by someone who does not drive. “Carl…he’s not a car guy, he’s more of a bus and train guy, never had a drivers license.” Gets all his advice about cars from formula 1 drivers.
