Concerned about the bubble change.
So I'm not sure I fully understand or at least I'm hoping I am. The 300 hp armor of light is being changed to the 45 hp void overshield? Please tell me I'm miss-reading this as this basically means no matter the dr any enemy in pve can ONE HIT THE SHIELD OFF YOU I understand it needed to be nerfed in pvp but why this? Also making it so you need helm of s14 to get the damage buff is pretty harsh as well.

You're still wasted if you walk into an enemy bubble (which people still do for some reason) and a counter super already wipes it and everybody in there out. Nothing changed. A bubble on B with no counter super to worry about will still be locked down.
