So let me get this straight, you prioritise fixing the cash shop over fixing the bugged event...
You know the thing people are interested in playing? I would not be surprised if another # BoycottEververse-type thing starts trending. You say that you are listening, However 9 times out of 10 it feels like you already know what the problem is, and now you're just sitting on your hands to fix it. If you can fix a problem in the store you can resolve an issue in the game.
It's such a -blam!- scummy thing that it's getting to the point that Sony taking total control of the damn studio seems like a good prospect. As it would result in people doing their jobs promptly, rather than taking their time fixing the minor issues that are plaguing the game.
You should not have to "go through a chain of command" to fix a few bugs, Just do it.
