Very limited testing but is exp being throttled again, as on both season pass rank and power bonus rank the numbers are not matching up. Season rank exp 280, I get a kill and the little bar says 58 so that means my season rank should say 338 but instead it says 309. On power bonus I'm at 68,477 get a kill that says it's worth 58 and therfore I should be at 68535, but instead I'm at 68506. From my limited testing it appears that every kill is only worth half the amount of exp the bar at the bottom of the screen says
