So we have a weird issue going on. My fireteam was able to complete the third set of puzzles in the rogue network quest for the Vesper's Host dungeon, but have not ever gotten the second set of puzzles, and therefore are stuck on step 6. However, while exploring, we were able to enter and complete the final puzzle in the dungeon, which awarded us with the completion of the Icebreaker catalyst, but we are currently unable to access even the second secret chest, and can't get the catalyst to drop. We have tried resetting the quest and picking up a new one, but since it tracks quests/catalysts across characters, all of ours have the same issue. I have seen some discussion of missing puzzles and people stuck on the quest, but I wasn't sure if anyone had the catalyst completed without actually having the catalyst. I have attached a picture of the quest, the completed catalyst, and my icebreaker which does not have it unlocked, which were all taken at the time of writing this message, although I am not sure how well that went, so let me know if there is a better way to submit images
