Am I the only one who thinks Rimestealer should be doing bonus dmg to stasis crystals? I get the frost armor is the main draw of this perk, but me personally I'd rather get bonus stasis crystal dmg when enchanced since rimestealer procs on destroying enemy stasis crystals as well
