Barrow-Dyad issue with intrinsic 5
i have an issue with Barrow-Dyad. I have two of the catalyst 4 and 5. I have completed everything that I know if, collected all of the items needed and finished the missions however when i got to add panic response 5 it is saying the intrinsic is not acquired and yet I completed both the quests for the act 2 available upgrade/catalysts. Have i missed something or is there a bug I am not aware of?

Panic Response V is not currently available. If it being an option isn't a visual bug (pretty much all other upgradeable intrinsics cap at 4) then its timegated to Act 3 with the 2 other retrofit catalyst traits.
