This is about my fourth time trying to reinstall the game after a never ending black screen made me uninstall the first time. Since my first install, none of the succeeding attempts have been able to get past 98% on the Transferring Game Content screen, and the game install just gets stuck at 99%. I literally cannot play this game anymore, either the console or the game itself just won't let me. I'm gonna go out for an hour and when I come back I'll tell you all if just letting the XB1 sit there does anything.
