Anybody remember Duke Nukem Forever? I do. [spoiler]i also enjoyed the -blam!- out of the game. [/spoiler] Many people, MANY, were let down after years of hype and lies. Sure, developers show videos and such to generate hype. It's what they do to get an audience. The game didn't live up to many peoples standards, but it was still kick ass in a badass way. Like watching a Burger King commercial. The whopper on tv looks perfect. You buy one, it's far from perfect- looks sloppy. You take a bite, and it tastes like a delicious whopper! Somebody else might complain "oh the tv told me blah blah..." You know, normal bitching. Like watching a preview for a movie. For me, when Avengers was all over the place and everybody hyped it to hell, I naturally went to see it. It sucked. Everybody loved it, but the overhype killed it for me. So for all the whiners and crybabies, you fall into the category of you got overhyped by the game. I hope you all learn not to follow future games word for word, just look at some screenshots, watch a vid or two, and be naturally surprised when the game is released. So, everybody- this could have been a Duke Nukem Forever, but wasn't.
