This is a topic, I pondered on while at work(mopping a floor and stocking drink coolers).
Currently the profile uses an overall kill death ratio to show what that characters K/D is for a given gametype, however K/D is generally skewed due to the early gameplay. What do I mean by that for example, say after your first 100 kills you have maintained a K/D of .5 but now want to get that ratio up to at least 1.0. Well in order to do so you would have to maintain a 1.0 K/D for 1800 kill provided the system rounds up the hundredth percentage, however if it rounds based on the thousandth percentage, you would need over 10k kills to get there.
A better system to get a snapshot of a players skill(how K/D is generally used by players) in any gamemode is to use a sample size from the players most recent sessions of that gametype. If these snapshots were done perodically, You would see how players are growing in terms of their ability to stay alive while still getting kills. This would provide a more accurate picture of the players current and past ability in certain game modes.
Now I would say adding a recent snapshot of a players K/D would be an improvement to the websites profile and game character integration.
