Didn't get my solo flawless emblem for duality
I did a full solo flawless run of duality with little internet issues and never left the activity. Bungie site, destiny app, and other sites that track my history all say I've done a solo flawless. Not only did I not get my emblem but also didn't get my triumph completion.

The emblem comes from the completed triumph. So if the game didn’t give you the triumph (likely due to your connection issues), then you have to redo it.
