Unable to complete nes008

Hi I am unable to complete nes008. When I go to failsafe to try picking it up it say I have already picked it up. I cant see it in my quest I have tried doing the steps buy nothing This has stopped me from picking up the last few guns Can 69u please fix it

Did you check the lost quest archive, its on the left side when you stand infront of the postmaster.
