Nerf Shoulder Charge
To balance Crucible again.

So what exactly is the problem? I'm rarely killed by shoulder charge, and even if I wasn't it's fairly obvious when it occurs.

STOP PLEASE STOP shoulder charge has remained untouched throughout the whole life of destiny and no one batted an eye in the whole year one and most of ttk when killed by it there is absolutely NO REASON TO NERF IT it is the exact same as always please stop guys your destroying the game

Stop gluing your face to sniper scopes. Carry a shotgun or fusion rifle. Never get shoulder charged again.
