Earlier this week a good Twitter friend [url=https://twitter.com/ArtDeckNL]@ArtDeckNL[/url] posted a tweet about the idea of a Destiny TV show. In short, he was asking for a D1 telling of the story featuring Lance Reddick as Zavala, Gina Torres as Ikora and Nathan Fillion as none other than Cayde-6. Plagued with ideas I could not rest until had turned our conversation into reality. Something we could look at to spur more discussion on the matter. Without further wait, I present to you my idea or pitch if you will. Project Catamaran (see trailer above) [b]Synopsis[/b]: Our story begins pre-collapse possibly days before the darkness arrives. Jacob Hardy and original member of the first fireteam to make contact with the Travler discovers that there is an enemy of the light, the Darkness. And it is coming for them. [b]Note[/b]: My hope would be for this to set up the story for everything pre, during and post-collapse. With a swift jump to the Dark Ages and exploring the Wilds of the Destiny universe, Rasputin, SIVA, War Lords, Iron Lords and more. With the trailer complete I sent a tweet to VA's Eris Morn voiced by [b][url=https://twitter.com/actor_morla]Morla Gorrondona[/url][/b] and Commander Slone voiced by [b][url=https://twitter.com/cissyspeaks]Cissy Jones[/url][/b] who loved the idea 😎. Both expressed how they would love to do it and also have fun being involved in something like that. So what is my point! I called it! kidding If anything it was fun getting to turn passion into reality.
