Hey Greg, it seems that you've gone through a slew of possible solutions on your console, but what kind of network troubleshooting have you done? Here are a few things you can look at that may offer you better results. -How many devices are connected to your network? Multiple devices can bog down your connection speed, so disconnect anything that is inessential. -How old is your modem/network equipment? Your ISP may be due to offer you a replacement modem. I have personally experienced better connection speed just by exchanging my current hardware with my ISP, maybe the same will work for you. -Is your home Wi-Fi properly secured? Open or poorly secured Wi-Fi signals can be easily access by others, with the proper know-how. This will also slow down your connection speed, as devices you may be unaware of may be sucking up your internet.
