Console died 2 days after game purchase

Hello, I bought the Destiny collection from the PS3 digital store 2 days ago, only to have my PS3 die yesterday. I'm not sure if this is the right place to post this, but if someone could help me refund my purchase or help me exchange it so that I can get Destiny on the PS4 it would be greatly appreciated. I was able to install and play for a couple of hours, so PS Support said they can't help with the issue, and suggested I try and contact the developer. As far as I'm aware this is the best way to do that, if there's a better way please let me know. Thanks!

  • Any refund would have to come through the place you purchased it, not the game developer.

  • Hello, All purchases on the console store are handled by Playstation. Bungie will not be able to help you. All you can do is keep contacting Playstation support. But since you received what you purchased and we're able to play it, it's unlikely you will be able to get a refund.
