Pre Ordering Beyond Light - not getting the emblem/ghost *fixed*

So, I'm an xbox player and I preordered the delux edition of Beyond Light through the microsoft store before opening destiny, I have it installed, but when I'm in game (looking at the expansions tab of the eververse store) it says i havent bought it. Clicking on the DLC and pressing the "GET IT NOW" button diverts me to the microsoft store again where it says; "It seems you already own this, i hope you're enjoying it~" or something along those lines. Anyone know how to fix this, or is it a waiting game till I get my stuff, am i now $100 down the drain or what? I can take photos later on if needed. **Edit: So after a few days of unintalling and reinstalling the Beyond Light dlc and it's packadges, today after uninstalling the packadges they turned into two different packages to what they were before (and a dlc file), when I reinstalled the 3 new files Master Rahool had my pre-order bonuses. This also fixed the expansions screen in Tess' shop. Thanks for all the helpfull comments guys. :P**

  • Hi. Thanks for your report. If you look in Master Rahool's inventory in the Tower Courtyard, you should be able to locate these items on one of his pages. Players still having issues may need to do the following: [quote]From the Xbox dashboard, highlight the Destiny 2 image Select “Manage game & add-ons” Navigate to the “Ready to install” section on the left “Destiny 2: Beyond Light Pre-Order Pack” should appear on the right. For Deluxe Edition owners, “Destiny 2: Beyond Light Exotic Emote” should also be listed. Select “Destiny 2: Beyond Light Pre-Order Pack” on the right, then select Install Deluxe Edition owners should also select “Destiny 2: Beyond Light Exotic Emote” on the right, then select Install Wait for the console to report the DLC is installed Start Destiny 2, and visit the Cryptarch in the Tower to acquire all pre-order items.[/quote] Some players who have already pre-ordered may run in to an issue where the Pre-Order Pack and Exotic Emote are not showing in the “ready to install” section. For those players, these are the next steps: [quote]Open the Microsoft Store app and navigate to the specific bundle they purchased Select the “Install” button.
