I was double charged for an order

So I have tried to place my pre-order for the new nerf g-horn, and I was having issues with the checkout page saying my mailing address info was wrong when I click the place order button. So I go back check and fix, and try again, didnt work, so I kept going on re checking and trying again. After all that I checked my bank account and I got charged twice for an order that said it didn't go through on, so I got no order number, or any info about it besides the order no going through and giving me errors... so I wanna know what can I do to fix this and get back the money that I was double charged
