Unfortunately, I'm unable to assist you further. As I stated across multiple posts where you seem to have a different issue to state: if you orphaned the profile entirely, it cannot be recovered. Providing proof of previous access to a profile at some point is not an option. Once an account is orphaned entirely, it's not recoverable. If you still have a platform account linked to that profile, you can log in with that platform and connect everything to it. Bungie will not forcefully link or unlink a platform account from a Bungie.net profile, regardless of what you feel is proper proof. The authentication system is a security measure that is in place. Linking/Unlinking must be done manually by someone logged into that profile. If you're missing emblems you received as part of promotions and the like, you can fill out the form to contact support about trying to recover the emblems. - If you're having further issues that the above doesn't respond to, please make a new post on the help forum.
