Connection issues plaguing matchmaking.

There is no other way to submit a ticket for this issue but this has become such a common occurrence that I need to speak out about this ongoing issue. Over the past few weeks I have attempted to play your game with multiple connection issues plaguing it, I would love to say that this is my internet service provider doing it, but my friends are also having the same issue. I have tried to play your Competitive mode and have gotten kicked back to orbit and lost comp points along with a message saying that leaving games may result in a penalty. This is completely out of my control and has been constantly happening. I would appreciate some sort of compensation or reversal of lost points for having this issue happen on multiple occasions now. There is no excuse for me being punished for trying to play your game, especially now that it costs MORE money to buy the battlepass. What was the point of being bought for BILLIONS of dollars if this game is still riddled with connection issues?

    If you’re constantly see error messages and disconnecting then that’s an issue on your end. Bungie can’t fix your connection but they do have several guides to support you.
