All Players should have the EXACT same PvP health.
I’m actually surprised this never occurred to me (or the devs?) but, I just think it would make the game a whole lot easier to both balance, and build your kit for.
Resilience should affect flinch resistance in PvP, Titan barricade cooldown, and literally nothing else lol.
Maybe increase the degree to which flinch in affected, but I don’t see a downside to this.
