Basically sent a bungie request for refunding my lightfall key for the final shape one because i bought the wrong one by mistake and so i haven't accessed any dungeon or related dungeon quests and i sent a request on the support site about refunding it or just swapping it for final shape key 4 days ago, after 2 days it said my ticket had new activity but when i checked no response or anything was there except the new checkbox that said "Please consider this request solved".Is this a bug or something intended?
Unfortunately, completed purchases using Silver are non-refundable.
The only ones that can be refunded are the incomplete ones where you purchase them and don't open them (Things purchased from Eververse).
As purchasing a Season Pass or a Dungeon Pass does not have an 'open or refund' option, once the purchase is completed, and it cannot be refunded or exchanged.
Refunds are done through the retailer, not the game developer. Bungie doesn't have your money, your retailer does. Contact them for a refund. If the retailer refuses the request, then there is nothing you can do.
If you bought a book from a shop, would you go to the author for a refund? No, you wouldn't. The same scenario applies here. Contact the place that sold you the product.
