Auto-rifles are the new pulse rifles
Everyone used auto rifles until this update that rendered autos useless. You gave pulse rifles a much needed buff but you have nerfed auto rifles to the point of uselessness. If you could just fix one thing without making another thing a problem that would be great.

Even before the nerf, I used pulse rifles for both PvP and PvE much more than Scout Rifles. Scout Rifles are pretty much second to lowest tier right now, with Auto Rifles being the lowest. Hey, at least Scout Rifles was bumped up by one on the tier list. They still suck in terms of firepower, accuracy, and utility.
