Against the chosen race in PoE it's great. Some people are passing on the vendor helm because it only buffs str. But the perk itself says it buffs recovery (which no other armor can do) and greatly buffs super regen. So even though it's stats only say str, against hive it essentially has bonus recovery and a good amount of int. No one should be passing on a specific race PoE armor unless they already have it. At least in my opinion. By the time you have the full set, you will get: Increased recovery Increased armor (health) Increased agi Greatly increased super regen (essentially int) Greatly increased melee regen (essentially str) Greatly increased grenade regen (essentially disc). Unless your a Titan. Then you have to wear saint-14 :(
