Returning to Orbit

Morning, for the last couple weeks I have been experiencing frequent returns to orbit. Sometimes I have not noticed an error code, but other times it was "Coconut". My home network is very stable and the ps4 has a wired connection. Any direction or information on what may be causing this at your end, or what I could try to fix at my end? Thanks.
