Zero light level when loading in and no image of ship and can’t progress
When loading into destiny2, with season of arrivals, I get a screen of earth and that’s it. 0 light level, and if I go anyway on the director it just goes to a hudless earth just spinning. Been like this for three days now.

This happens when you have cross save enabled and have more than just your cross save account joined to a clan. In your case, it appears your Steam account is your cross save account. So log in to bungie.net with your PSN account and go to your Clan page and have your PSN account leave the clan. That should resolve the issue you're experiencing.
