Hello, Noticed this bug happening during gameplay on the Playstation 4 with the Titan Behemoth Stasis ability causing it to not recharge or let the player use the standard melee. Seems to be possibly caused by not getting a kill with the final portion of the statis super ability or using both the punch and smash one after another. It also lets the player spam the standard melee ability punch but it does not connect nor cause any damage. Have not yet tried this in PVP. I have encountered this bug a few times during the campaign portion of beyond light during the boss fights. The only way I found to fix this bug was to let myself become frozen, after using the circle button to break out of the ice my melee ability recharged. Haven't seen this talked about anywhere else but did see another user post a video showing the same bug. Below I have posted my video again and shared the other players video too.
