Make Airborne Effectiveness dynamic based on movement
I.E. the faster you move in air, the less accurate the shot.
Shooting mid a hunter's 'burst' part of the job (ie shooting just as you jump) should be very inaccurate.
However, if you time your shot to be at the apex of a jump, where there is the least amount of velocity, than the shots should be accurate. Stabilizing your velocity with Titan lift should give these 'golden moments' to pull off a sick midair shot.
This would still enable build's around AE (better shooting during high movement), while also giving the edge to good players that know when and where they can be accurate midair.
Maybe this is already a thing? But it certainly does not feel like it. Don't we already have walking/running accuracies? Shouldn't that same mechanic apply to midair combat?
