I was having some issues with the "Aspect of Influence" quest that I could probably shrug off as user error, however, after abandoning the quest in order to restart it, the Stranger's quest list now says "Quest already acquired". It is definitely not in my quest log and I have no way of starting the quest, nor do the shards show up when I go back to the area it takes place. Please help. EDIT: I figured it out. The Quest Kiosk wasn't in the game when I was last playing.
