Is the Mindcraft triumph bugged? I was able to craft the sniper rifle (Thoughtless) and grenade launcher (Explosive Personality) last season, but the bow and auto rifle, I crafted this season and it didn't update? Here's the screenshot https://i.imgur.com/AfiPyKK.jpg In a reddit post and on Facebookg groups elsewhere, other people can confirm they have this same issue with this triumphs, and other triumphs from the Season of the Risen. Bungie can you please fix this so our triumphs can count? :-/
