Chests do not give any Glimmer in Patrol Zones. The destination, chest type, Ghost mods, and chest locations do not influence whether Glimmer drops. Universally, no Glimmer is given, both according to the UI and the tangible counter in Inventory. Effectively, Chests reward nothing except progress for the Salzwerk Scavenger and Failsafe's equivalent bounty.
