Some types of armor in the game currently provide some added intrinsic benefit, mainly the seasonal and iron banner. I think that since Playlist bounties don't award bonus reputation points anymore, then you should update the armor with an added intrinsic rank point bonus that provides a higher benefit with the more armor you wear. It would give people a reason to wear them, and it would also help players (like me) get that second Playlist reset within the season. Considering you can craft armor now, it should be next on the list.
